If you have already shortlisted the products that you need, please mention the product codes (e.g. BN1001) and quantity required for each codes, and we will provide you with the best possible prices. The higher the order size, the better the prices!
What is a bulk order?
Any order worth Rs. 10,000 or more is considered as bulk order.
What benefits do I get from bulk ordering?
We understand that everybody has different needs and requests; therefore we will provide you with benefits that are customized to your request. Please send us an email with all your queries at email@example.com and we promise you we will revert in 24 hours.
Can I order samples before placing my final order?
Yes, you can place order for samples but we may not be able to offer you bulk order discount for sample orders. You will get bulk order discount on your purchase for Rs10,000 or more.
Can I place one order but get delivery over time to avail bulk order discount?

How do I pay for my bulk order?

When will I receive my bulk order?
You will receive your bulk order within 5-7 days in India.
How can I track my bulk order?
We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the products. This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers tracking number and the link for tracking.
What if I receive package in damaged condition?
If you see that package is damaged when the courier person comes for delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and call our customer service executive at on +91 8447 1723 66. If the external packaging is good but you find product is damaged after you open the box, please call our customer service executive at on +91 8447 1723 66.
How much time do I have to return the products?
If you do not like the products that you received or the products that you received are in damaged conditions, please call our customer service about product return within 48 hours. You have 7 days to return your products.
How do I return the products?
We have pick-up services at certain pin codes in India. If your area is covered under pick-up locations, we will let you know about the pick-up. Please keep the products in original packaging and keep it ready for the courier person to pick-up the product. If your area is not under our pick-up locations, you will need to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
