How much are the delivery charges?
Bellofox.com provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 649/-. Otherwise Rs. 40/- is charged towards shipping charges.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 7-10 days.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, etc.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, etc.)?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) wherever applicable.
How do I track my shipment?
Bellofox uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
What pincodes do you ship to?
Bellofox ships to almost all pincodes in India with the Cash on Delivery option. For availability in your region try your pincode on any of the product page.
Is there an option for Express Delivery?
Bellofox has an option of Express Delivery for Delhi NCR residents only.
If an order is placed before 3 pm, it can be dispatched and delivered the same day before 9 pm within Delhi.
If an order is placed after 3 pm, it can be dispatched and delivered within 24 hrs in Delhi.
- Express Shipping service is Chargeable between Rs. 120 to Rs. 250 depending on delivery area.
- Express Shipping can only be done on weekdays from Monday to Saturday. Express orders received on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

International Shipping
As the recipient, you are legally liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country’s customs on arrival.
We offer a very simple and easy 48 hour return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item for a credit coupon, within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code. This coupon has a lifetime validity and can be used for a future purchase on Bellofox.com.
Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. Cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you or if you want, we can get the product picked up from your place (subject to availability from logistics partner) and can deduct the charges (Rs 50) and can issue the credit note of the balance amount.
Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place and returned within 48 hours of delivery.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
This Policy will change as per the Promotion policy during any promotion.
Please note that due to hygiene concerns, Face Masks & Hair Accessories cannot be exchanged/returned.

Cancellation Policy
For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at hello@bellofox.com along with your order id.
We will cancel your order and will issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount.
No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders.
COVID-19
Considering the current lockdown situation, we are open for Prepaid Orders only. As per the latest government guidelines, we are currently shipping to all Orange and Green Zones. Orders for Red Zones will be dispatched as soon as they are announced Orange/Green. Please note that the standard delivery period for orders is extended to 7 to 14 working days, depending upon your zone and area restrictions. You will be notified via email and text message as soon as the order is processed.
For some reason if you wish to cancel your Pre-Paid order, write us at support@bellofox.com. Please note that a payment gateway charge of 5% will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Night Suits
Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted only, within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided the clothes have not been used and/or damaged in any way and the original purchase receipt is provided. The Bellofox tag should be intact and untouched and the product should be in re-saleable condition as deemed by the Bellofox quality check team. Bellofox holds the right to reject any return/exchange request if the above mentioned requirements aren't met.
